Return & Shipping Policy



All return and exchange requests must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at In your email, please let us know the reason for the return/exchange as well as which items from your order are being returned. 

Note: In the event of a return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the items and there will be a $5 restocking fee.

Additionally, all items must be returned:

  • Unworn and in the same condition they were received 
  • In the original packaging
  • With the packing slip (for returns: a note stating why it is being returned, for exchanges: a note with the new item and size)

All current items are FINAL SALE. There are no returns or exchanges.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment unless there is an issue with the return, in which case we'd notify you by email. 

Please note, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed on your statement and is dependent on your card issuer's policies. 

Additionally, shipping costs are non refundable and will not be deducted when refunding your order/item. There will also be a $5 restocking fee.

All Black Friday sales are FINAL SALE. There are no returns or exchanges on discounts over 30%.



Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created provided the item is in stock, and tracking information will be emailed to you once it is shipped. 

Note, if the item is sold out we will email you to let you know. 


Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
