Returns/Exchanges:
All return and exchange requests must be filed within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@myworkrobe.com. In your email, please let us know the reason for the return/exchange as well as which items from your order are being returned.
Note: In the event of a return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the items and there will be a $5 restocking fee.
Additionally, all items must be returned:
- Unworn and in the same condition they were received
- In the original packaging
- With the packing slip (for returns: a note stating why it is being returned, for exchanges: a note with the new item and size)
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund, in which case we'd notify you by email.
Please note, it may take up to 15 business days for the store credit to be processed.
Additionally, shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted when providing a store credit your order/item. There will also be a $5 restocking fee.
Exchanges:
Processing an exchange can take up to 14 business days once we receive the return. A new order will be created provided the item is in stock, and tracking information will be emailed to you once it is shipped.
Note, if the item is sold out we will email you to let you know.
